you are so much smarter than that! Other than certain protected groups, you have the right to refuse service to anyone for any or no reason. Whether this manager was a disgusting human being for doing so is not the point, the point is that this soldier is complaining about this person exercising what he's proudly serving to protect (once again, this individual's rights).
