Re: FucoThin Did Not Work for Me, Vitamin Shoppe

I was thinking about this today while I was trying to drift off to sleep. (I work nights and sleep days)
Anyway, I was thinking about how, years ago, there was a "diet pill" on the market that was AMAZING! I took it and lost 50-60 pounds in about 3 months. It gave me insane engery. To the point where the people I worked with thought I was on something illegal.
I would work 8-10 hour days on my feet and then go home and work out for 2 hours or more. I was even running and I have NEVER been a runner. As evidence by the fact that I ended up blowing out my knee. LOL! I was eating very little and had no desire to do so. It was the best I had ever felt in my whole life, before or since.
Then they took it off the market because one of the ingrediants was making some people sick, or have heart attacks, or something. LOL!
I havent yet found anything that works as well as that did and I have tried just about everything.
I hate to tell some of yall this, but diet and exercise alone doesnt help EVERYONE! If it did I would be a toothpick by now. Some of us need a little extra help.
That being said, I have always thought that diet pills were a kind of "Buyer beware" and "Buy at your own risk" type of thing. If you shell out the money for it and it doesnt work...oh well. Its your problem, not the person who sells it. I have spent a small fortune on meds that I hoped would help me loose weight like those that I took about 12 years ago. So far nothing has come close. But I never try to return them to the store or blame anyone but myself.
I have some right now that I am taking that, while they dont give me much energy, they seem to be doing SOMETHING since I dont have much desire to eat.
Anyway, if anyone, your gripe should be with the people who MAKE the product. Not the store that sells it. I dont know if they said they would refund your money or not but I dont think this is their responsibility. Truthfully, I think its your's. But if you insist on blaming someone then I think you should focus on the company who makes it.
