Great letter!

I purchased the larger sized swiffer and found the same dissapointment with performance. I even purchased the damp refill, hoping a second pass with that would do the job.

Hating to throw away a perfectly easy to use handle:

I ended up buying washable microfiber towels, cutting them to fit the swiffer holder, and found they work better than the refills, and they're reuseable.

For hardwood floors, tile, and linoleum, I mix six parts water and one part Woolite in a spray bottle and it leaves absolutely no streaks.
