I also have had problems with their automatic upgrades, in 2006 I was charged 99.85 and 2007 239.75, due to family problems I didn't even catch this until this month. I don't alway check my email on a regular basis and feel this is an under-handed way to conduct business.
I am very disappointed in the way they do business.
