This has got to be a joke! Rewrite this letter, it's terrible! I never tell people this, but there are so many errors in this letter that it's almost impossible to read properly. As you state in your first few sentences, your 90 days were up Oct. 8. That's it, end of story! I LOVE Target because from everything I've heard they stick to their guns. They don't let customers that feel they are entitled get away with anything. You had the item well over 90 days...a $7 item at that. Cut your losses and move on.
