I'm not exactly sure where to post this...but,here goes. I want to thank Planet feedback for offering this platform for consumers. I received a letter from
Ford less than 2 weeks after posting on this site. When speaking with their rep. it was obvious that they had seen my post. After speaking with her I received another call from her in a few hours stating that she had spoken with the regional Ford rep. and that he should be getting with me in the next day or so. While I do not yet have a resolution to my problem - I feel that Planet Feedback had great influence on getting a response. Thanks and have a nice day!!!!
