You lost me at "large companies do not care. Once they make it big-time, then the couldn't care less about their customers."
It seems when people have a complaint that does not go their way, they resort to this rhetoric. They blame the company, the stockholders, the CEO, they call them greedy, etc etc etc. Complaints are probably more effective when you leave this type of speech out.
