Hopefully K-Mart will be able to put you in touch with the manufacturer considering the "Everyday" line is sold exclusively at K-mart. From looking at their website, the Martha Stewart trees I looked at had a 3 year limited warranty but the website doesn't indicate how to use the warranty or even who actually manufacturers it.

I would also give the store manager a call and see if there isn't any way they could help with the warranty.
