I also live in Southern Orange County and was wondering which Chili's you are referring to. We've been going to the one in Harriman Commons since it opened and have never had a problem there. I am very surprised that they refused to accommodate you. Under the circumstances, I think your request was reasonable, as a one-year old is not going to eat a kid's meal. They have always been more than willing to substitute, and I don't understand why the manager gave you a hard time.
