It was not unreasonable, but the manager should have been able to fix you something for the baby that the child would enjoy.

Thats really bad service if they couldn't accommodate every guest at the table.

However, word of mouth is a good thing, and I recommend that you talk with the other mothers and find out places that are accommodating to children.
