You called 911? Are you serious??? How... how... how is this considered an emergency??? I mean, I can't even wrap my mind around this one! Stubbing your toe is more of an emergency then "bad service"
Plus, how is a truck blocking your way THEIR fault anyway? Why should they apologize? Was it a McDonalds truck delivering food? If so, then I can understand why you would want to talk to a manager - but not why you would dream of escalating it to that level. And, if it WAS a Mcdonalds truck, you need to put that pretty important detail in your letter. Because otherwise it just sounds like a customer parking, which is not the fault of mcdonalds at all.
You escalated it to this level... and for that you are without food and 9 bucks. And, McDonalds does not respond to letter submitted from PFB (unless something has changed recently that i am unaware of) so you might have to call that 1800 number after all. Just dont confuse this with an emergency and call 911.
