The MCdonalds I went to where I wiated 20 minutes or so for my Crispy Chicken (only one at counter) - They at least gaveme my money back after I asked for it. I think the unwritten relationship rules i.e. (Customer/clerk, etc) Is that friendly people serving fast fresh food for money. Thatis the expectation and the rule is if I spend my money I should at least expect decent service and decent food in a timely manner.
