There was probably some mishap in the production of the product, which can happen b/c we are all human, but for Pantene to take no responsibility for the damage their product caused is OUTRAGEOUS & INEXCUSABLE. I was actually searching for products by Pantene that I can use for my hair, but now due to their complete lack of customer concer, especially for such an appalling situation, I will NEVER use their products again.
