I would just like to add, that in Virginia, they have a new law saying that anyone driving 20 miles an hour over the speed limit are automatically assessed a $1,000.00 fine, charged w/ reckless driving, and are forced to pay the reckless driving fine. BUT, anyone pulled over for doing the same from out of state, is NOT charged the extra $1,000.00 fine. So, you cant complain about one, and then want to take advantage of the other. So, consider yourself lucky if you ever get pulled over in VA for going 20 over
