I agree with you. I have never purchased an appliance from Sears. I have purchased electronics and they are the worst! I really think Sears carries faulty products. I had gone through 3 laptops from Sears. Each laptop was under warranty, and they replaced it, but Never again. I hope you get this resolved! What a dangerous situation this could have been. Good Luck!
