I've tried many times,yesterday and today, to register for the $4,000 gift card on www.searsfeedback.com. It gets me past the three questions on satisfaction. Then I get a message that the computer is performing an illegal operation and will be shut down! After that, there's a message that there's an internal problem. We bought tires and a battery 2 days ago, and I understand we have only 7 days to enter and complete the survey. I am totally frustated. Can you help?
