Re: FORD MUSTANG GT
by dolci - Posted Sat February 2, 2008 @ 10:40 AM

I am in the same position with my 2005 Mustang as serena z was in her nov. 26th posting. The gas tank will not fill. I've been to dozens of stations. Finally after 2 calls to ford I received a call from a "northeast rep." Within a week she got back to me and said it was all of the gas pumps and not my car. ALL of the pumps I've used in the last 7 months!! They will not help me. I have one more dealership to try. (the other couldn't find any problem). Any suggestions that won't cost me more than the car did??

**a word about lemon laws...in ny state you have to have had 3 or more attempts by the dealer to fix your car to qualify. Ford avoids lemon laws by not making any attempts to fix it, just giving it back and saying they couldn't find a problem.
