We keep seeing these same letters on Bally's over and over again, and all of them are saying the same thing, "My salesperson told me this, but..."

And I'll keep repeating it: please, in the future, don't listen to what salespeople tell you. Some are misinformed, some will misrepresent, and some will outright lie, but in the end what matters is the contract that you signed.
