I have called my credit card company and disputed this charge

I hope Mrs. B. is feeling better.
Whether it was a return and you got stuck with it or if it was a display unit that got questionable care and feeding it sounds to me that Office Depot needs to stand behind what they sell.
Keep a copy of this letter on file for the credit card dispute process.
