No.I totlly undertstand that there wasn't a pulic restroom there - most small stores like hers don't have them. I know this because I worked in retail for so long and it's a safety concern when you only have 1 person working in a store and allow people in the back of your store when you have to be on the sales floor.

It wasn't that she didn't have the frame or the restroom it was the way she spoke to me about these items. I have come to find out that the person behaving this way was in fact Lisa of "Lisa's Hallmark". Maybe she just feels that because she is the owner she can treat people like dirt. I did not make any comments to or about her other than what I wrote above. If I did something to trigger her outburst I certainly didn't mean to. I was in a hurry looking for a frame for a friend (who now USED to shop at this store) and had my 3 year old with me - I was in no way looking for a confrontation. I was just trying to run an errand and get on with my day.

In any event - I worked in retail for many, many years. At any of the companies I worked for this behavior would not be tolerated - even if the customer was screaming at me.
