One of the key things I learned in advertising is the importance of "conversational pass-along." Your branded messages just don't sit out there; they gain momentum through conversational pass-along, or what the pundits today refer to as "word of mouth." What we appear to be seeing here on PlanetFeedback is a form of online (and seemingly permanent) "conversational pass-along." I'm looking forward to contributing in my small way to this powerful phenomenon.
