Well, not that I would ever be desperate for anything from Starbucks, the incident should not go un-noticed.
Let us know if you recieve a response. It will be interesting since they just closed all their locations for 3hrs to get a re-fresher course to make sure all know how to make their menu items...I would hope they would slip in a reminder that the customer is very important.
