No Justice No Peace!

Curtis I worked in Target's guest service area for almost 3 years and yes they are VERY racist. The "race card" is not something you're playing it's something you live by being black in america and by shopping at Target. It's really ridiculous! In most Target stores where they do have those few token African American employees they're usually only working at the register or in the food area. They rarely promote African American employee's and thats only when they decide to hire us. There's been a lot of conversation in the comments about theft but in my experience majority of the theft has not been from minority groups. Target stores around the country make hundreds of thousands of dollars a day they can afford to lose a dollar of three. Target also known as one of the second most racist corporations right behind nike has no value or appreciation for MINORity employees or guest.
