Agree with the headline! Customer service is poor and it takes forever to get the money out even from Money Market account. Their "Move money" feature in the web-site takes longer than regular check. I have asked checks to be mailed twice and still do not have them. They would not waive wire transfer fee or offer any solutions to fix the situation. Their customer reps and their managers promise to call back and then never do. Made a wire transfer and closed out the account. This company if continues like that, will go bankruptcy soon.
