So I got a response from Greg (Mr. Helpful).

I am following his suggestion.

Here's part of what he said, "In your case, may I suggest using the tried and true method of dealing with "trolls" which is not to feed them? It's clear all they want is to get maximum attention. I would suggest not even opening their comments....just let them sit there like a festering zit...eventually they will go away. I know my suggestion wont give you immediate satisfaction however it is one way of handling the situation which is likely to lower your blood pressure, if nothing else, eh? :)"

So, I'm going to ignore the festering zit. Maybe one day she will finally pop and go away. :)
