I am curious why a doctor gave you Cipro and Levaquin? They are both in the same class of drugs. I find that odd! Levaquin is normally given without other antibiotics and is strong.

That Levaquin can be nasty with very bad side affects, so if you fill that one be careful! It is very expensive on top of everything else.

Does sound like Mr. Winn Dixie was lacking in the Customer service dept.

One of the other posters is probably correct. Overworked with no real break time / lunch time so sort of took it out on you.
