Absolutely find another Pharmacist....one YOU feel comfortable with. I too have met many crappy service personnel in this field. CVS, Walgreens are the two I have never gone back to. I am so happy with Rite-Aid. The Pharmacist and techs know me by name and always acknowledge me. In fact, the other day they gave me a get well card with prayers, all signed by everyone in the store! They knew I had received bad news in my treatments and the Pharmacist even came from around the corner and gave me a hug! RITE AID...talk to them...get to know them. They have always been awesome for me. Sorry for your problems...no one when they are sick has to endure poor customer service.
