Great Letter!

I find that having a decent relationship with my pharmacist is almost as important as the same thing with my doctor, a good pharmacist can save your life, especially with insurance and poor penmanship that many doctors have. This pharmacist was way off base, there's no need to be like that with anyone, especially a customer.
