Why do you feel this site should be a last resort? I dont see that in any mission statement, and based on letteres and comments I have seen, that doesntt seem to be the case.

Granted, one or two people consistently post a link to the website fo the "offending" business, or tell OP's to send the letter right to the source. However, I see that as additional helpful info.

To me, this seems to be the perfect choice to go first.
