I would, just once, love to smack some driver who nearly runs into me or runs me off of the road, with his own damn cell phone.

But I do agree that some drivers are just plain bad. I watched someone literally run a red light today. The light had already changed to red about 3 seconds ago and they just ran through it. I didn't see a cellular device.
