Re: overcharged
by YouAreKiddingMe - Posted Thu April 17, 2008 @ 10:30 PM

What really blows me away is that this is a simple mistake on the part of a store. The customer, Wayne J., claims that he was overcharged when he noticed that it was wrong.

So, what does he do? He leaves. Doesn't say anything.

Does the store know they made the mistake? NO. Wayne doesn't even offer them the opportunity to fix the problem. He just leaves.

Now, he's claiming it's a bad store. And, others here have agreed with him that it's a bad store.

Please, tell me ... what did this store do besides make a simple mistake for which they were not given the opportunity to even correct even though Wayne knew about it at the time?
