You need to be more clear in your letter. Because of the way your letter is worded, it sounds as if you did not receive any of your order. In reality, according to your response below, you did receive a major portion of your order. The quickest way to rectify this situation would be to call and speak with a manager. Maybe one wasn't available at the time that you called originally, but try again.
