You were unfamiliar with their rules. Now you are. Give me a break! What is it with consumers these days? Why shouldn't the rules apply to everyone? What is the point of having rules? Did I blink and the whole frickin world turned upside down?

They don't owe you anything. Not a penny. You are essentially trying to screw them. Publish public feedback making it look like they did something wrong, and then ask for money.
