Re: Best Buy Acted with Smugness and Disregard
by lj - Posted Sun May 25, 2008 @ 10:27 PM

Oh my goodness, it has been 3 years! Give it up! Usually when one purchases that large of an item or items, you have it in a basket or you pull your vehicle to the service entrance where a best buy employee will help load it in. I purchased a heavy item, about 80lbs and was told to just pull around to the side (service entrance) and someone would have my item and load it in. I showed my receipt as I was leaving the store and drove to the service entrance for the purchase. Again, the guy loading it up, asked for a receipt-no big deal. I'm sure best buy has this policy in effect because of alot of theft. You really should just move on. Have a great day!
