Keep following up if you haven't received the TV yet.

Originally, I was told that it would take six to eight weeks to get the tv. After six weeks I called to check my progress and was told that no one ever processed my order. This started another six week wait. After that time I called again and was told that I didn't qualify for the tv and someone should have told me that. However, since I was patient and waited they "gave" me the tv anyway. I got it about four weeks after the last call. The tv turned out to be a Viewsonic (very big in India I read somewhere) and I think the picture quality is poor.

Bottom line, you should start calling because it's possible that your order was never placed or you don't qualify and no one told you this either.
