All Little Tykes products are guarenteed by Little Tykes Company. If you had an issue with the pool calling their toll free number would have gotten you either a new pool or the replacement part you needed.

But someone wrote that you were given this option and denied it...WHY? They would have shipped the new pool to you and you could have had it within 7 days. Instead you are now without a pool...so which option do you think would have been the better one now?
