This is a great story about a great pharmacist. From my 12 years of experience in drug stores I've discovered that when it comes to pharmacists it isn't so much the chain they work for but who they are as a person. No chain will turn an uncaring, incompetent pharmacist into one who is caring and competent. At the store I'm in right now I see the extremes of both sides when it comes to our staff of 4.
