Can we be a little more overly dramatic, please?

Horrible disappointment? Puh-lease!! They're donuts, for God's sake!! And not even very good ones at that, IMO.

If that wasn't bad enough, then you have the NERVE to request payment for fuel wasted on your trip that night, and for the next time you go there to get "reimbursement" donuts!! Reimbursement? FOR WHAT?!??!

"I am very disappointed in you, Krispy Kreme, and don't believe that I will return to your store unless this situation is corrected."

Followed by "Your Loyal Customer". Oh some loyalty - threatening to not return to the store unless they pay for your gas, twice, because of an error in judgment on your part!

I hope Krispy Kreme pays you gas for 21.2 miles to travel in the OPPOSITE direction.

Get a grip, will ya?
