I hate Dell. I have purchased 2 in 2 years. This year when my last Dell was getting slow I wanted to upgrade it. Dell was charging me for upgraded memory almost as much as I would pay for a brand new system. I even stated I can buy memory off market and was told by the Dell rep that I could not dp that because they owned the Dell parts and that my Dell PC would not work with after market non Dell parts. I believed him as I did not know any difference. Found out later that that was a total lie. Anyways, instead of buying the Dell he was trying to sell me, I went to Best Buy and bought a Compaq.

Dude, Dell sucks.
