i would think this would vary greatly depending on where you live. for example, in springfield missouri, where i live, pizza hut pizza is awesome. however, when we visit memphis, it's awful. i think it's simply a case of better cooks at the springfield location. by the way, please tell me that you spoke with the manager and didn't just slink away and write this letter without giving them a chance to rectify the situation.
