This has nothing to do at all with discrimination or bigotry and everything to do with poor judgement on the truck driver's part. You are getting way too carried away with this. I am disabled and have run across this exact situation. I don't go screaming discrimination or bigotry. I park in the closest available spot and bring it to the manager's attention. Since the restaurant was not crowded, I'm sure there was a spot close by you could park in.
