Actually that item is a high theft item and coorporate did put the smack down on such returns IF the customer does NOT have a receipt. You should have been given a cash refund as a former CSM of Slavemart I can tell you not all CSM's are qualified and understand the importance of Customer satisfaction. the number one reason after 8 years I Quit. Always, Always ask for a member of REAL mangement, NOT A CSM. I guearentee you no one wants the store manager on their ass for a unhappy customer, in th estore I worked in I saw a man who had just called me everything but a white woman because I refused his cockroach infested can returns. Management not only gave h im the can money they also handed him a gift card for 30.00. what did I get? Told to always satisfy the customer even it it meant bending the rules or guidelines.
