I can top that one. I bought two different size televisions in the spring. I got home and the smaller one was a twenty-five year old fake wood set! I was so pissed. I had said to the man waiting on me that the box looked kinda beaten up, wasn'tthere another one I could take but he said it was the last 20" there, so like a fool I bought it. Sixty-five miles later after we hauled the boxes in was I surprized the small beaten box was a old piece of someone else's shit! As soon as my fingers could hit the buttons I called them and asked for the exact same persons that sold it to me. They apologized after i explained what happened. But the next day when i went to get my money refunded the people who waited on me acted like I was pulling a scam. I was so insulted. That was why I wanted to speak to the same salespersons that waited on me so they coould tell the manager I wasn't happy getting that box in the first place. I too will never go there again!
