I understand charing for some things. We stopped at one McD's (at the Coast) a while back. We asked for a Large cup of water, knowing that they would charge us $.25 like all the other McD's. Instead they tried to charge us for a SODA. We asked why and they said "We have to charge the same no matter what we put in it". We said "Um no. Cancel our oder, we'll go somewhere else!" And we drove off. This one also will ONLY take cash. This is in a Tourist town! We knew then that they were scamming everyone. We have NEVER been back.
