I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT. I purchased a policy from them, paid $1800. Not only did they completely replace my transmission ($2500) within the first year, but 2 years after that my water pump went up ($800!) they paid for that as well. GREAT COMPANY, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
