Re: SEXUAL SOLICITATION BY SEARS EMPLOYEE BEING BROADCAST LIVE ON YOU-TUBE USING THE LINK BELOW:
by dulynoted (aka duttycalls) - Posted Sun August 17, 2008 @ 1:28 PM

Ok, I give...went to the web addess you put in your letter...all I see is another story apparently written by you explainong what happened but I cannot seem to be able to locate the video that you keep saying is there showing that sex was solicited by the Sears employee.

Somethng is just not right about this whole accusation.
First, you are willing to settle a sexual solicitation suit for just $3,000.
Second you are playing the race card.
Third you never went to the authorities or filed a police report - unless I am just not seeing this too.
You could have gotten a copy of the police report and placed it on YouTube also.

So apparently the reason Sears doesn't believe this is because of the above three reasons - the amount of money and the race card and no police report.
Had you aksed for a larger sum of money then maybe they would have taken notice...but $3,000 which may seem a lot to you is nothing if it is a true sexual solicitation charge.

Sorry but if they did not repair your vehicle to what it should be then you should be calling the BBB and other such agencies to try to help you in this.
