I have been stuck behind too many people texting while they're driving. I've also had the privelege of seeing people 'driving' with the newspaper folded up across their steering wheel, in rush hour traffic.

The other commenters are correct - unless Amazon produced the hands-free device, you need to take this issue up with the manufacturer.
