Well, it's good that Sprint has apparently gotten back to you on here. I have written several letters on PlanetFeedback (both good and bad) and I have gotten a few responses.
That being said, I am an ex-Sprint customer and have heard far more complaints about Sprint than I ever experienced.
I switched to Verizon about 2 years ago (for their free in-network calling - not for customer service reasons) and I have had absolutely NO problems with them.
