Verizon is now putting bogus charges by SOLO Communications and Voice Mail on bills to the tune of aproximately 13.00 each.

They refuse to remove these charges and respond with a return email that reads:

"We have an agreement with Enhanced Services and ILD Teleservices, Inc. that allows us only to place their charges on your Verizon bill for your convenience. We are unable to handle their billing inquiries or process any credits for charges they bill you." From Verizon's Irvanna

and another bright and perky response"

"As per Irvanna's response, we are not authorized to handle their billing inquiries or process any credits for charges they bill you." -- from Jana

Can they just start billing for any ole bogus company... ???
