I think you should teach your daughter not to enter into stores without you or take her money away when she leaves the house. A store is not to be responsible for what a teenager enters into. I promise you that your daughter knew very well what she was doing when they went to the cash registar and asked her to go ahead and pay money. Next time keep her on a leash.
